Directions

Please do not use Satellite Navigations systems as they direct you through the narrow streets of the village.

Directions from Stamford A16 at the Market Deeping (Welland Gate roundabout)  -  Ordnance Survey sheet 142 :  grid reference TF129098

take 1st exit onto dual carriageway;

in 1m at roundabout take 2nd exit onto A16 (signpost, Boston Spalding);

in 2.5m turn Right onto B1525 (signpost, Deeping St. James);

in 1.5m at Frognall (immediately after village sign) turn Left (signpost, B1166 Crowland)  into Hards Lane.

In 0.5m continue Right into Custom Road;

in 0.5m at cross roads turn Right onto B1166 (signpost, Deeping St.James);

in 0.5m turn Right into Back Lane. Site on Right in 350yds;
