Our Booking Terms

Arrivals

After 2pm please, so that we can greet you in person, as we have a numbered keypad security lock on our gate.

Fees

Pitch fee £16.00 per night includes, 2 Adults, electric and awning.

£2.00 per additional adult

All 10 pitches have waste drains and fresh water supply (your own mains water adaptors required or just use your water barrel as normal) and electric hook up.

Awnings are permitted but no ground sheets on grass pitches

Deposits

• 1 to 2 nights    Full payment
• 3 to 7 nights    £30.00
• then                £30.00    per additional week or part week thereafter.

Bank Holidays

• minimum 3 nights booking (4 nights Easter) Full payment on booking

Voucher Terms

• Minimum stay 3 nights
• the voucher is redeemable on Sunday through to Thursday nights (excluding Bank Holdays Sundays)
• Voucher is valid for 8 months from date of issue

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, our terms are;-

• Prior to 28 days before your arrival date, the deposit will be held for up to 12 months from the booked period.
• If cancellation is within 28 days of arrival date, no refunds will be given.

• We hope you understand that we have had to introduce this policy due to the number of members who cancel or just do not arrive, leaving us with a pitch unoccupied.
