We are a small family run Adult Only Caravan site open, March to October, situated in the Village of Deeping St James, on the edge of Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire borders. We are located in a quiet rural lane, 5 minutes walk to the village with pubs, shops, takeaways, public transport, and Leisure Centre.

The site is a 3/4 of an acre level lawned paddock; with three sides consisting of trees and shrubs while one side is open to country views.

Pitches are grass and are situated around the edge of the level lawned site giving each pitch plenty of room. The grass is mown with the cuttings collected.

The site has secure access, mains electric hook ups, two water points, night lights, chemical disposal point, waste/recycling point and a MV service point for Motorhomes.

Own sanitation is required.

Parking is adjacent to the site, but three pitches have parking adjacent to them for disabled caravaners.

Awnings are permitted but not ground sheets.

There is a dog exercise area on site and plenty of country walks nearby.

We also have Wi-Fi Internet Conections available for those who need to use their computors whilst on site.

The site, which is not restricted to club members, is run to the same high standard as the adjacent award winning Keal Lodge Caravan Club Cl  (www.keallodge.co.uk)  and a CaSSOA Gold Standard Caravan Storage facility (www.bordercaravanstorage.co.uk ).
